Bill Pay Conversion Coming Soon!
We will be upgrading to a new Bill Pay provider on March 6, 2017. There will be no access to Bill Pay from March 3-5, however all payments scheduled before then will be sent out. No changes can be made to payees or payments beginning March 2. All existing payees, with one exception, will convert to the new system, along with any scheduled payments and twelve months of history. Personal payees such as your babysitter, friends, etc., will convert only if they are being paid by paper check. Any personal payees that were set up to be paid using a routing/transit and account number will not convert. Starting on March 6, please confirm that all bills have been paid as you expected.
With this upgrade, Bill Pay will become available inside our Mobile Banking app! In the coming months, we will also begin offering electronic payments to personal payees, so please stay tuned for announcements regarding this enhancement in the future. If you do not already have our Mobile Banking app, simply search for “Firelands FCU Mobile” in the app store. Once the app is installed, you will log in with the same new username and password you created during Fireline (online banking) enrollment.
